have Copper deficiency severe. I am unable to take AREDS 2 because the zinc in it depletes Copper. I found a formula without Zinc and Copper. I have GA and am starting a double-masked study that addresses C1q in addition to C3 and C5, the ones currently FDA approved. I am excited as well as terrified of monthly injections.
