I find that it really helps to having direct lighting on what I'm trying to read. I use hands free lighting. It goes around your neck and has an adjustable light on the end of each side. A lot of time with enough light I don't need a magnifier.

Because it takes more time to adjust to sudden light level changes, I pause and let my eyes adjust before walking further.

Aside from avoiding stress, also eliminate all foods that cause inflamation. That's what I'm doing and it seems to be working.

My flash light is my best friend I have to use it all day long .I have
