Anyone have thoughts about the best sunglasses to buy for indoor and outdoor use to help my wet AMD vision?

I've been reading stuff on this website that seems to emphasize how much sunglasses help, with wet AMD vision, both indoors and outdoors. I've had wet AMD for over a year and haven't worn sunglasses. I know, I'm probably dumb, and should have known better, but I didn't. Anyone have any thought on the best brand to buy?
