I was told there was no treatment that could be done it would worsen the situation I was told you to suck it up and deal with it
Oh my goodness, what a heartless thing to say. I hope you can find a different doctor that realizes how frightening your diagnosis is and helps you manage your situation as best you can. It's certainly understandable if you're dealing with depression and/or anxiety. Please seek whatever help you need to get the best care, whatever that means, and not be hard on yourself for needing compassion as well.
Now they say that's parasite is in a head eating my brain up is that true is that a damn worm eating my brain is that why I'm having brain fog or that just called and getting old

I couldn't agree more! You need good medical care BUT that should never include that kind of put down remark. You deserve more!
There really is empathetic, kind medical help available. Read reviews on prospective practitioners, then choose the best quality of skills in empathy and kindness as much as medical expertise. I just did this myself, you will be glad you did.
It sounds like you're feeling frustrated and dismissed, and that's completely understandable. No one should ever be told to just "suck it up" when dealing with a health condition — you deserve proper care and support.
