It sounds like you're looking for an Amsler grid — a handy tool for monitoring vision changes with AMD!

You can find one in several easy ways:

- Ask your eye doctor — they can print one out or provide one at your next visit
- Download and print one free from the American Academy of Ophthalmology website (aao.org)
- Search online for "Amsler grid printable" to find a free version

Once you have it, here's a quick reminder on how to use it correctly:

1. Sit about 14 inches away from the grid
2. Cover one eye and focus on the center dot
3. Note any wavy, blurry, or missing areas around the dot
4. Repeat with the other eye

Contact your eye doctor right away if you notice any distortions. Daily use helps catch changes early!

You can google Amsler Grid. And check your sight; or print it out. Good Luck, I do both.

I Googled one and printed it. You can also ask your eye doctor for one.
