Yes, you can buy them otc. Cost appr. $30, 2×day after meals, and Hydroeye 4 softgels/day 2eaAM, 2eaPM, avail.@ Amazon appr. $35, I take them religiously . Also red light therapy 4x week , 4-5min. Per lay down at level one or level two! The worst for me is the eye gel it's so sticky! I know it is just me but I would still talk to my Dr. Just to make sure you can mix and/or match!
