Try Mid Atlantic Retina. They are the doctors and surgeons for world renowned Wills Eye Hospital. I go to them at their Langhorne location and had an excellent first experience. Latest technology and I like my doctor. Had to wait 2 weeks. They have 2 locations in Philly and a dozen others in the Delaware Valley.

I hope you find answers to this important issue, it seems to be the state of all medical things these days. I'm praying for better options for you and for everyone afflicted with this terrible disease to have the best possible care ever❤️

I have Medicare wit a supplement. I can go anywhere. ALL the RSS clilnics in Philly have some combination of long wait times and outdated software. I am trying another clinic that is supposed to be more humane. They are hopelessly outdated. They told me that when I come to the clinic I will have to fill out a paper questionnaire. I work on the Internet. I haven't filled out a paper questionnaire in at least 20 years. All of them have outdated portals and inefficient communication strategies. I am in another AMD support group and the clinics have been described as "cattle cars." The reviews are awful. UPenn's clinic has a 2.5 rating (out of 5) and the reviews mention 3 hour waits. Wills Eye does not have good reviews. So obviously they don't care and are willing to live with bad reviews. The patient experience means nothing to them. The doctor who diagnosed me had no compassion; he made jokes while i was devastated. Let's not even get into the techs...I am old and I'm hoping not to last much longer. The thought of dealing with these people is enough to make anyone wish for an exit. And people don't complain. These clinics are exploiting their misery to give bad service.

Can you change RS? Contact your insurance! You are not married to your Doctors office - you can still complain to him (the doctor) just plain an simple - after you find a replacement!!!😬
